Unused merchandise can be returned to us or exchanged with us for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. The item you return to us must not have been altered, damaged, used or washed and must include all original packaging and tags. If you must return your item, kindly return your unused merchandise, for either a credit (refund) or deduction (for higher valued exchanges) by following these 3 simple steps:

  2. Email us with the subject title “RETURN” if you are returning your item for a refund or “EXCHANGE” if you want to exchange your item for another. In the body of your email, please be certain to include your:

    1. Order number and the
    2. tracking number provided by your mail carrier at support@SatchelAge.com.

  3. Once we receive the item, we will process your order and either credit or deduct your payment type (PayPal account or credit card) immediately.
